Meet THE SLP
Daj Mitchell, M.S.,CCC-SLP
Daj is a speech-language pathologist based in Springfield, Illinois. She is licensed and nationally certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association, recipient of two successive ASHA ACE awards, Level 1- Level 2 Sensory Trained, an AAC evaluator and one of only five Certified Lingraphica Technology Specialists in Illinois.
Blending her experiences across educational and medical settings, her clinical expertise include augmentative-alternative communication (AAC), dyslexia intervention and childhood apraxia of speech (CAS). Beyond therapy, Daj cherishes spending time with her husband, exercising, attending church and traveling.
